
Finally January is over...and let RUNNING commence again. I don't know if anyone else stuck to their plans on running throughout January but I did most of my running on the dreadmill.
 Most of those workouts consisted of circuits, Sprint/jog/walk. I love circuits but I REALLY LOVE running outside. 
So does this girl! STROLLER RUNNING is coming back and I will take it with OPEN ARMS. I have the Donna Half Marathon February 17th, which I am doing for fun with my mom for her 60th birthday...freakin awesome she wants to celebrate by running her 1st half marathon! (haha and probably her only) I plan on signing up for a smaller race probably an 8 or 10 miler just to have a goal to keep up the milage and get outside! Running is my outlet, especially running outside. I highly recommend finding an activity you LOVE and make it your outlet. No matter what after EVERY SINGLE RUN I feel SOO GOOD after. I have never finished a run saying "man I wish I didn't do that"

I have been waiting to use my Christmas present for the right timing... Tomorrow I will lace up! February I welcome you. and I am sure I will welcome the Spring even more, but until then WELCOME. Here is to getting outside again and the sun shining more (especially in FLORIDA in 13 days!)
