4 Birthday and Oatmeal Souffle how to video..finally

Happy Birthday Mom!
I truely couldn't have asked for a better mother and friend. You inspire me in so many ways, and I can only pray I am as good of a mother to my children as you are to me. Happy 60th and I hope I am as fit and active when I am 60! Woohoo FLORIDA here we come. Half Marathon will be checked off your goals!
Best Friends :)

Here are some family classic photos....oh the memories...

Happy Birthday Dad (tomorrow)
Can't believe all 3 of us kids now have kids of our own. Times have changed!

In the midst of my crazy life, I made the video yesterday morning and pressed the X instead of stop. FAIL.
I ate the souffle and moved on with my busy day.
Bundled this crazy girl up to get errands done before the YMCA to teach cardio tone (new class I started and its awesome!) and then had a meeting.

Here we go again... I do not mind one bit eating this for breakfast :) It is by FAR one of my favorite breakfast meals and holds me over for 4 plus hours.

Ok now onto the video of HOW TO MAKE MY FAVORITE
This literally takes 5 minutes to make! (perfect ratio of carb, protein, fats)
