3 grocery trip essentials and a winner

The weekend was packed full and we pretty much ate up the last of our food.

This meant our usual Sunday grocery trip was def. needed.

 Especially when we are out of peanut butter ;)

Samples turn into half of your lunch. Today they were awesome. I had samples of turkey, veggie burger, greek yogurt, blueberries, protein bar, calcium chews)

Costco samples turned into this great buy.

Light spinach dip made with greek yogurt. amazing. (especially with wasa crackers)

We hit up Costco, Trader Joes, and Krogers

Costco Buys: Bulk items

Eggs, Broccoli, Spinach Dip, Canadian Bacon

Trader Joes:

Bag o Sweet Potatoes, Kale, Bananas, Edamame, Pizza, Dr. Praegers veggie burgers, Tomato basic hummus, Oatmeal, whole wheat pitas

Krogers:

Veggie Chips, Natural peanut butter, dark choc. peanut butter, almond milk, coffee, hot choc, dog food, and last but not least some beer for the husband

Like I said before, we have to go to all 3 stores because each one has specific items we love. Oh well it makes for a fun shopping day especially with some tasty samples :)

We ended off the day going on a chilly family walk. LOVE when we actually take the time to go on a walk and actually talk about life.

This was the perfect end to a busy weekend.
