North Carolina has got hit with some bitter cold weather. BOO
This means our regular girl morning runs have not been happening.
Guess I had to toughen up and hit the treadmill...
It actually wasn't that bad considering I LOVE quick circuit workouts!
This one is guaranteed to make you sweat :)
20 minutes total (set incline at 1.5)
2 min sprint
(I suggest at least 7mph. I did 8.5 mph because I was trying to get in 2 miles)
3 min walk
(I did 4mph)
4 rounds total
Cool down then STRETCH
On a different note. I am a huge fan of lemonade and I have been trying to kick the habit of drinking the artificial stuff. I went out and bought a huge bottle of 100% lemon juice.
I have been adding it to ice cold water, and slowly weaning myself off lemonade. Slow and steady wins the race right? Don't worry I will still treat myself to Chick-fil-a Lemonade just because it is that good to spend plus 2$ on the most refreshing drink ever.
Anyone else share my love for Chik-fil-a lemonade?????
If I could I would go through the drive thru daily just to get their lemonade. It is actually the 1st thing I crave after a long run.
AND I think I am going to treat myself to it on Saturday because I work a full 8 hours with Health Warrior at some local Whole Foods stores.

I'm trying to kick my habit of going to bed SO late! I always tell myself that I am going to head to bed early and before I know it, it is 11:00 p.m.! I am trying to set a nightly "lights out" goal at 10:30 p.m, but it hasn't been happening so far. There is just too much to do!
